Ok so here it is, 4 weeks almost to the day that we will depart for our cruise! SOOOO Excited! I would really like to lose another 20lbs before then, but we will see! I've lost 7lbs in the last 2 weeks pretty much just from being sick. eh. it was a loss though! I'm going to try to keep it off and lose another 5lbs this week!
Exercise for the day:
Treadmill- Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 45min. Miles walked: 2.25 Calories burned: 378
Weight training for about an hour: Triceps, chest press, a lil legs
Food for the day:
Breakfast- egg muffin(english muffin, light miracle whip, southwest egg beaters 1 serving), cup of coffee w/splenda, hazelnut biscotti coffeemate, WW lemon creampie yogurt
Morning snack- 2sm. bottles of water(equal to 1 bigbottle), 90 cal. strawberry SK bar
Lunch- tuna sandwich on honey wheat, 100cal. goldfish, bottle of water(big), 100 cal. barnums choc. animal cookies
Afternoon snack- can coke zero(only half the can), 2 sm. butterfingers
Dinner- chicken taco salad, water
