I forgot to post that on weigh-in, this day, I have lost a total of 13lbs. YAY!

No exercise today, we didn't get much sleep last night, and I am super sore today. We'll pick back up tomorrow.
Food for the day:
Breakfast- 1 pack LS Brown sugar oatmeal, pineapple chunks, coffee w/splenda & NS Vanilla Caramel coffeemate
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry SK bar
Lunch- turkey sandwich(mustard, sharp cheddar, honey wheat bread), 100 calorie pack cheese nips, 100 calorie pack oreos, diet citrus green tea
Afternoon snack- 100 calorie pack Lorna Doone cookies(only cuz I was super hungry when I got home)
Dinner- PeiWei(peiwei.com)....brown rice, lettuce wrap chicken, soy sauce, water, 1 fortune cookie which said: Two small jumps are sometimes better than one big leap.

also, most of their meals are considered 2 servings, however, I can usually only eat 1 serving. It's probably the best asian food IMO, i'm not a huge asian fan. lol
