Day 25

Well I just did a tae-bo workout since we didn't go this am to the gym. I did the Billy Blanks bootcamp Mission 2- Maximum power, and I must say, it kicked my ass! lol But it was a good 45 min. of hard cardio which is what I def. needed! YAY!

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
bowl of SK Red Berries cereal, WW vanilla yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline coffeemate
Morning snack- SK protein bar choc. peanut something, it was good, water
Lunch- LC pepperoni pizza, LC mac & cheese (I only ate half, Jack ate the other half), water
Afternoon snack-
cake w/a lil cool whip free
Dinner-
WW recipe Chicken Tetrazzini, water

yeah...i rented a tae bo dvd. once. i sat on the couch and watched it...and that worked up enough sweat....that was a while ago...so maybe i should give it another go....i do have netflix unlimited (sad, but true).

oooh I give you lots of credit for doing the tao bo, it looks really difficult!!!!! By the way I really like how blog you exercise and food everyday, really keeps you accountable.

Those "kick-ass" workouts feel tough when you are doing them and oh-so-good when you are done!
