Ok so I had to work at the Bbq store today which isn't completely great for the diet but its not too bad since I had lean brisket, and turkey. I also have been calculating my calorie intake and workout regime on "thedailyplate.com" (thanks Jack) which is an awesome FREE way to monitor your eating habits. So go check it out.
Exercise:
Treadmill- 40 min. = a lil over 2mil. & 406 calories burned
Food for the day:
Breakfast- half a cup of coffee, 1 serving pack of oatmeal maple & brown sugar
Lunch- 8oz of bbq brisket & turkey, a few pickles, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, a few onion slices(small), 1/4 cup of pinto beans, 1.5 cups of big red.
Dinner- 8oz. steak, new potatoes, salad w/carrots, dried cranberry, oranges, pecans, spritzer, asparagus w/creamy cheese sauce

good choices, though I'm sure I don't need to tell you about the Big Red. When in doubt, just remember not to drink your calories.
Another thing you might want to think about is charting your water intake.
Still, it would have been easy to go "whole hog" at the store, and you kept it to 8oz. Bravo for that!
Thanks. I know I know about the big red, Jack gave me hell about it all day! I did drink alot of water before I drank the big red, it's just a HUGE weakness for me, and with bbq it's a must! lol
I only said something about the Big Red after she said something about me eating bread with my barbecue... I only had 3 pieces so it wasn't that bad.. Normally I eat probably around 8-10 slices of bread and probably close to a pound of meat..
