Food for the day:
Breakfast- english muffin egg sandwich w/a lil miracle whip, 2 hunks of pineapple, 1 banana, cup of coffee w/splenda & praline coffeemate
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry Special K bar
Lunch- hickory tuna sandwich, natural white cheddar cheetos, 100 calorie cinnamon GSCookie
Afternoon snack- a few dark choc. m&ms
Dinner- chick-fil-a sandwich on a wheat bun, fries(yes I ate them all, and they were good), coleslaw, diet coke
Ok ok ok I know I know I know, dinner was not so healthy for me today but it was oh-so-good! :oD
