Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin(miracle whip, cheese), WW Vanilla Yogurt, S.Pecan coffee(YUM) w/splenda & praline coffeemate
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry SK bar
Lunch- tuna sandwich, raw carrots w/a lil FF ranch, 100 calorie choc. snackster pack
Afternoon snack- 100 calorie pack chips ahoy
Dinner- WW recipe Baked Turkey & Cheese(which i forgot to add til the end) Chimichangas and I tried to post the recipe and it was giving me trouble.
