Day 21

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill- Speed:
avg. 3.5 Time: 30 min. Calories burned: 400 Miles walked: 1.5
Also, various ab & arm machines, & medicine ball ab workout with Arielle, & medicine ball toss with Tony, Arielle, Jack.

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
1.5 eggbeaters eggs, 1.5 pieces of yucky Turkey bacon, 2 slices of honey wheat toast w/IBINB & strawberry jam, coffee w/splenda & NS vanilla sugar coffeemate
Lunch- arby's rb sandwich, a sm. fry, med. diet pepsi
Afternoon snack- 100 calorie pack Reese's snack
Dinner- LC mushroom pizza

good workout! it's so cool that you have workout buds...my hubby joined me at the gym today...it's just so much nicer being there w/some one.

i tried a healthy choice pannini for lunch today....it was really really good....the chicken artichoke one...and i had a salad with it. i highly recommend!

Sounds like you had a great workout yesterday! Good for you! You're 3 weeks into your journey and doing SO well!! We are gonna be an awesome couple of babes in Bermuda, LOL!!!
