Day 20

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill- Speed:
avg 3.5 Time: 45min. Calories burned: 646 Miles walked: 2.5

Today I had to work at the BBQ store so my meal will reflect that. :o)

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg english muffin, pineapple, coffee w/splenda, NS vanilla caramel coffeemate
Morning snack- sausage fold over w/a lil bit of bbq sauce
Lunch- 6-8 oz. of beef, sausage, ring bologna(all mixed), a lil bit of "gravy", a lil bbq sauce, 1 slice of cheddar cheese.....no bread, no sides, & water all day
Dinner- 2 quiznos flatbread sammies(balsamic chicken), small cup of broccoli cheese soup, small diet pepsi

Way to go!! Working at the BBQ shop and still only eating what you did is a great accomplishment. You should be proud of yourself for your restraint (I know I couldn't have restrained much...)
