Hi there,
I just started my own weight loss blog and have been checking out other people's. We are around similar weights, and you seem like you are doing great, so keep up the good work!
by the way....I am making the chicken taco salad recipe tonight for my meal it looks sooooo yummy! can't wait!
hi. youre meals look awesome. this is my first visit to your blog and im going to read some of your old posts! glad to "meet" you 8^D
Your breakfast looks easy and tasty. We'll have to try that this weekend.
For work I have a breakfast that's tasty, filling, and easy to transport. Every morning I pack a container of unsweetened applesauce, a pkg of plain instant oatmeal, and fill a snack-sized bag with 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and 4 walnut halves.
At work I mix up the oatmeal with hot water and eat it plain and snack on the cranberries and walnut halves, either by themselves or mixed in the applesauce.
If you like all those foods, you'll love them together. The whole thing comes to 350-400 calories and provides lots of vitamins, fiber, antioxidants, and omega oils and the oatmeal is heart-smart. I feel SOOOO good about eating this for breakfast!
