Day 19

No exercise today, was extremely exhausted.

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
english muffin egg sandwich(eggbeaters, miracle whip, half a slice of cheese), chunks of pineapple, cup of coffee w/splenda & NS vanilla caramel CM
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry Special K bar, water
Lunch- chicken salad sandwich, 100 calorie pack cheese nips, water
Afternoon snack- GS cinnamon swirl cookies
Dinner-

"no exercise today": is that my conscience talking?? i skipped the gym too....bad eva! at least it looks like your food is up to snuff! i think you're doing great.
