Day 4

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill 22min = 1 mil.
Recumbent Bike 15min = 4mil.

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
a bowl of Special K yougart and berries cereal, 1 cup of coffee
Snack- a 90 calorie Quaker mini delights peanut butter flavor
Lunch- tuna salad sandwich with Natural white cheddar cheetos, bottle of water
Dinner- Leftover Turkey spaghetti with whole wheat pasta, veggies, water
