Breakfast- cup of coffee w/splenda, praline coffeemate, 1 serving of low sugar cinnamon & spice oatmeal, 3 hunks of pineapple
Lunch- chicken sandwich, a lil bit of honey dijon on the sandwich, white cheddar cheetos, water
Dinner- grilled mushroom pizza lean cuisine, salad, water
Today Jack and I went downtown and took pics around the river walk and the suspension bridge so we got alot of extra exercise there, up and down stairs, hills. It was nice though, just for the 2 of us to spend time together and it was nice outside. :o)
