Day 10

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
32min., 1.3mil = 340calories burned Speed: 3.5 Incline: 6.0

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
bowl of Special K fruit & yogurt, skim milk(in the cereal), half a cup of coffee w/splenda & sugar-free vanilla caramel coffeemate, 2 hunks of pineapple
Lunch- lemon pepper tuna sandwich, white cheddar cheetos, bottle of water, 100 calorie pack Lorna Doone cookies
Dinner- Small Tuscan Turkey from Quiznos, cup of chili from Quiznos, water

Ok I know the whole quiznos dinner sounds like it's bad but I calculated it on thedailyplate.com and its only 580 calories. So it's not ALL bad.
