Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
30min. 1.40mil. burned 340calories

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
cup of coffee w/splenda, pralines&cream coffeemate, bowl of Special K fruit & yogurt, 2 hunks of pineapple
Morning snack- special K bar
Lunch- lemon pepper tuna sandwich, white cheddar cheetos, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- 100 calorie chips ahoy
Dinner- lean cuisine chicken panini, salad, water

Caryn doesn't care for them, but I could eat them every day.
