No exercise today.
Food for the day:
Breakfast- bowl of SK w/red berries, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline coffeemate, hunk of pineapple, WW lemon yogurt
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry SK bar
Lunch- 1 burrito from last night's dinner, half a portion of white cheddar cheetos, water
Afternoon snack- piece of cake(no icing), WW vanilla yogurt
Dinner- LC chicken & mushroom panini, salad w/feta, a couple croutons, salad toppins, salad spritzers balsamic breeze, water
Ok the story about the cake is: I got an email from a friend(thanks Sara) saying that she had lost 35lbs a few years ago and used to bake this when she wanted something sweet...so here it goes....
Just mix one can of diet soda with one box of cake mix, and bake according to the box directions. Ta-da! You have a cake. You can do any flavor combo you want. Choc cake with diet cherry soda, pineapple cake with diet 7up...whatever you like.
We used the French Vanilla cake w/diet cherry vanilla dr. pepper

whoa....that's a cool cake idea...have you heard of this one:
just add a can of pumpkin puree to a cake mix and bake...talk about delicious! it's really dense and fills that craving!
