Day 130

No exercise today. Woke up feeling very sick at 3:50AM!

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
buckwheat blueberry waffles(2), WW strawberry yogurt, cup of coffee
Morning snack- 90 cal. SK bar choc. drizzle, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, 100 calorie pack goldfish, 100 cal. pack nutter butter cookies, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- bottle of water, caramel sundae from sonic....was really craving it.
Dinner- WW recipe Grilled Asian burgers with pineapple & onions, baked fries, water
