Day 136

Yeah so I lost like 2lbs. since last week, and I dunno how cuz I didn't try. So I guess my metabolism is building up to burn off the bad stuff I eat. I dunno....here goes....

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 45min. Miles walked: 2.13 Calories burned: 415

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin(english muffin, light miracle whip, southwest egg beaters 1 serving), cup of coffee w/splenda, praline coffeemate, WW vanilla yogurt, some pineapple
Morning snack- 90 cal. choc. special K bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, 100 cal. pack ritz snacks, 100 cal. pack lorna doone, bottle of water, vanilla cone from mcd's
Afternoon snack- a few snickers minis, bottle of water
Dinner- Chicken taco salad
