Ok so we actually did it. We got up early and worked out. So, here goes.....
Exercise for the day:
Treadmill- Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 45min. Miles walked: 2.20 Calories burned: 412
Food for the day:
Breakfast- egg muffin(english muffin, light miracle whip, southwest egg beaters 1 serving), cup of coffee w/sugar(ran out of splenda), praline coffeemate, WW vanilla yogurt, some pineapple
Morning snack- 1 banana, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich(honey wheat bread, sweet&spicy tuna, miracle whip), 100 cal. pack kettle corn(but the microwave was stupid & didn't pop all the kernels), 100 cal. pack oreo, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- a few reese's mini's & bottle of water
Dinner- Panda Express...chow mein, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, 1/2 a med. diet coke
