YAY A 17lb. LOSS FOR THE FIRST MONTH!!!!!
No exercise today, went to bed late cuz I was talking to Jack in Az.
Also, I couldn't take a pic of me on the scale cuz that would have added extra weight, so I took it after I got off. Oh and Jack lost 24lbs., he weighed yesterday before he left.
Food for the day:
Breakfast- bowl of SK red berries cereal w/skim milk, 2 hunks of pineapple, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline coffeemate
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry SK bar, water
Lunch- leftover chicken tetrazzini, a small bag of Andy Capps Hot Fries, 100 calorie choc. snackster pack, water
Dinnner- taco plate from Rosa's cafe, chips & queso, water
Afterdinner snack- tcby golden vanilla frozen yogurt, no mixins

That is awesome! Congrats on you phenomenal loss in only one month...keep up the hard work!
Awesome job!! This is your week to catch up to me since this hotel doesn't have a fitness center.. Just keep it up.. Keep up the routine as if I'm there to say "We're going today" or if I was there for you to say it to me.. That's what's been so great is that we've been in a routine and been pushing each other to make sure that we do the right thing most of the time..
