Day 27

Exercise for the day:
Tennis (moderately) for about an hour

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline coffeemate
Lunch-
bbq(brisket, sausage, bologna, & some bbq sauce), some onions & pickles, beans, water
Afternoon snack- last of the cake from earlier in the week w/free cool whip
Dinner- 2 balsamic chicken Sammies, lipton white tea
