Tae bo Maximum power Time: 40 min.
Tae bo Rock solid abs Time: 25 min.
Food for the day:
Breakfast- SK cinn. pecan cereal, WW vanilla yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & ns vanilla cm
Morning snack- strawberry SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, natural cheetos, crunch N munch(just 1 serving size), bottle of water
Dinner- Healthy choice Chicken Marsala Steamer bowl, & water...& Jack and I split a single serving of 100 cal. kettle corn...it was yummy.
