OMG OMG OMG I lost 7.5lbs!!!! Last week I didn't post because I had actually gained 3lbs but this week, I took that off plus 4.5 more! WOOHOO!!!
No exercise today.
Food for the day:
Breakfast- 2 buckwheat blueberry waffles w/ICBINB & a spot of syrup, pineapple chunks, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Morning snack- 90 cal. choc. SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- bbq chicken chunks, mac-n-cheese, okra, bottle of water, 3muskateers bar
Dinner- burger, fries, large water, a few vanilla kisses
I know I didn't eat that well today, however, it will be the last time I eat bad....at least this week. I'm gunna kill it at the gym & tae bo this week.
