Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin(mw, 1/2 a piece of cheese, Sw egg beaters), cinnamon hazelnut coffee(splenda, praline cm), WW vanilla yogurt
Morning snack- 90 cal. strawberry SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- turkey sandwich(smokey cheese, mustard, honey wheat bread), 100 cal. ritz mix pack, 100 cal. reeses pack, bottle of water
Dinner- Cheddars(a lil bit of spinach dip, chips & salsa, straw. marg., salad w/honey mustard dressing, grilled tilapia & shrimp w/mango salsa over seasoned rice, southern green beans)
