Tae bo abs- 28 min.(when I came home from work)
Food for the day:
Breakfast- egg muffin(english muffin, mw, 1/2 piece o cheese, southwestern egg beaters), WW vanilla yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & NS vanilla cream cm
Morning snack- 90 cal. strawberry SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- turkey sandwich(honey wheat bread, mustard, turkey, smokey cheese), 100 cal. ritz snacks, 100 cal. girl scout cookies, pineapple chunks, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- water, some easter candy
Dinner- Schlotskyz pep. pizza, side salad w/salad spritzer, water

I love encouragment as well and so I am always anxious to give it as well. Great job on 20lbs lost, I am on a weight loss journey as well and started 12 weeks ago not tomuch less than you. God bless and keep up the good work.
