Tae bo abs- 28 min.(when I came home from work)
Food for the day:
Breakfast- egg muffin(english muffin, miracle whip, 1/2 piece of cheese, southwestern egg beaters), a lil bit of fruit, WW vanilla yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Morning snack- 90 calorie strawberry SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich on honey wheat bread, 100 cal. cheese nips, 100 cal. oreos, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- a lil bit of candy from the easter basket
Dinner- chicken taco salad, water
WATER WATER WATER DRINK WATER!!!!!
