Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 40min. Miles walked: 2.16 Calories burned: 403
Stationary Bike- Time: 17min. Miles rode: 4mi. Calories burned: 100+

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
cinnamon hazelnut coffee w/splenda & NS vanilla cream coffeemate
Lunch- 1/2 of a vegetarian calzone, 1 roll, small salad, water
Afternoon snack- Tcby Smart Sundae(under 280 calories) but I added a lil caramel too
Dinner- I was so full from lunch all I had was a Jr. burger from Sonic, and a med. diet coke
