I had an amazing workout today....

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 40+min. Miles walked: 2.00 Calories burned: 400
Stationary Bike- Time: 22min. Miles rode: 5.5mi. Calories burned: 200+

Food for the day:
Brunch-
pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Lunch-
Bbq(beef, 2 slices of turkey, 2 pieces of bologna, 3 pieces of sausage), 1 piece of cheese, a lil bbq sauce, sm. cup of beans, 1/2 of a sm. cup of coleslaw, 2 cups water
Dinner-
sm. white pizza from a local pizza place, diet coke
Afterdinner-
Coldstone(Arielle was working) butter pecan ice cream w/caramel, pecans, walnuts
