No exercise today.
Food for the day:
Breakfast- SK w/red berries cereal, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Morning snack- 1 banana, bottle of water
Lunch- chicken enchiladas, refried beans, rice, diet coke (we took a friend to lunch who is moving out of town)
Afternoon snack- 1 cadbury egg, bottle of water
Dinner- Whataburger w/med. fries & diet coke
I know I know I know not exactly what I should be eating, but I will be KILLIN' myself tomorrow at the gym for it! Trust me I do feel bad about it.
