Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin(english muffin, light miracle whip, southwest egg beaters 1 serving), cup of coffee w/splenda, praline coffeemate, WW cherry cheesecake yogurt
Morning snack- 90 cal. chocolate special K bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, 100 cal. ritz snacks, bottle of water
Afternoon snack-
Dinner-
