Breakfast-
egg muffin(english muffin, light miracle whip, southwest egg beaters 1 serving), cup of coffee w/splenda, praline coffeemate, WW lemon cream pie yogurt
Morning snack- 90 cal. chocolate special K bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, 100 cal. goldfish, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- cup of water w/Special K2O protein water pouch, 100 cal. mini fudge stripe cookies
Dinner- Jason's Deli, a chicken wrap, half a salad, half a bag of blue corn chips & a lil salsa, water
