OMG OMG OMG I lost 7.5lbs!!!! Last week I didn't post because I had actually gained 3lbs but this week, I took that off plus 4.5 more! WOOHOO!!!

Breakfast- 2 buckwheat blueberry waffles w/ICBINB & a spot of syrup, pineapple chunks, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Morning snack- 90 cal. choc. SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- bbq chicken chunks, mac-n-cheese, okra, bottle of water, 3muskateers bar
Dinner- burger, fries, large water, a few vanilla kisses
I know I didn't eat that well today, however, it will be the last time I eat bad....at least this week. I'm gunna kill it at the gym & tae bo this week.

I had an amazing workout today....

Food for the day:
Brunch- pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Lunch- Bbq(beef, 2 slices of turkey, 2 pieces of bologna, 3 pieces of sausage), 1 piece of cheese, a lil bbq sauce, sm. cup of beans, 1/2 of a sm. cup of coleslaw, 2 cups water
Dinner- sm. white pizza from a local pizza place, diet coke
Afterdinner- Coldstone(Arielle was working) butter pecan ice cream w/caramel, pecans, walnuts

Dinner- Whataburger w/med. fries & diet coke
I know I know I know not exactly what I should be eating, but I will be KILLIN' myself tomorrow at the gym for it! Trust me I do feel bad about it.

Day 73- Back in the saddle again....

Alrighty, I know it's been a while since I posted & hell, worked out for that matter. We've been SUPER busy with life & sicknesses. Also sadly, Jack's Pawpaw passed away on the 5th. We will miss him bunches.
We started back at the gym this mornin', we were tired, but we still did it AND felt super great afterward! I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym regularly & gettin' back to eating healthy.
This morning I was just about to start jogging for my last 5 min before the cool down, and I put my hand up to change the speed and I hit the stop button...I was SO mad! I had to wait for the treadmill to go back to the original settings & then had to start over. UUGGGHHHH! Hopefully that won't happen again!

Day 57
Have not worked out in a week. Last week I worked overnight, and have not felt good since I've been off. We've been having alot of strong winds and so any & everything allergy related gets stirred up. So my throat swells & my eyes itch & I just don't feel good all around....and it sux. I will get back in the gym next week, or maybe tomorrow. We'll just see.
