Day 111

WOW over a hundred days of my journey, not doing as well as I'd hoped but that's ok. This week has been SUPER rough to be trying to eat healthy, and I lost my will power this week(but only for this week) so that didn't help. I worked 4 10 hour days, so now i'm off Fri, Sat, Sun. YAY! I will be back at it again either Sunday or Monday for sure!! And I will get back to posting more often too!

Day 98

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 40min. Miles walked: 1.97 Calories burned: 397

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin, amaretto cheesecake WW yogurt, pineapple chunks, pecan coffee w/splenda & vanilla cm
Morning snack- banana, bottle of diet citrus green tea
Lunch- tuna sandwich, honey chipotle sweet potato chips, 100 cal. chips ahoy, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- 2 ferraro rocher, dublin dr. pepper(made with sugar cane, not artificial sweetners)

Dinner- Texas Roadhouse... 4oz. sirloin, baked potato, salad w/honey mustard dressing, 1/2 a glass sweet tea, and it was TOO sweet so I switched to water...and I had 2 rolls

cinnamon pecan SK cereal, pecan coffee w/splenda & vanilla cm, WW cherry cheesecake yogurt
Lunch- chicken taco salad from Logan's Roadhouse, diet coke
Dinner- LC salisbury steak & macn cheese w/ salad, water

Tae Bo Abs- 30min.

egg muffin, pineapple chunks, WW vanilla yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & vanilla cm
Lunch- tuna sandwich, 100 cal. popcorn, bottle of water, 100 cal. chips ahoy

Day 92

No exercise of yet. I might have time later on, about to go to work at the BBQ store.

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Lunch- bbq(beef, sausage, bologna, cheese, a lil bbq sauce, a lil coleslaw & a lil potato salad), water
Dinner- chicken enchiladas, rice, beans, chips, salsa, 2 strawberry margs.

Went to dinner with some girlfriends for my friend Carri's 30th Bday! We had a blast!!!

wheat blueberry waffles, vanilla WW yogurt, couple chunks of pineapple, pecan coffee w/ splenda & ns vanilla cm
Lunch- tuna sandwich, natural cheetos, bottle of water, 3 small scoops of cookies & cream ice cream(we had an ice cream party at work)
Dinner- various party type food items at a friends party tonight

SK cinn. pecan cereal, WW vanilla yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & ns vanilla cm
Morning snack- strawberry SK bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, natural cheetos, crunch N munch(just 1 serving size), bottle of water
Dinner- Healthy choice Chicken Marsala Steamer bowl, & water...& Jack and I split a single serving of 100 cal. kettle corn...it was yummy.

No exercise for today cuz I woke up this morning with a terrible stomach pain that has been off & on, all day! So I left work at lunch and here I am! Blah.

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
SK cinn. pecan cereal, WW lemon yogurt, pecan coffee w/splenda & praline cm
Morning snack- SK strawberry bar, bottle of water
Lunch- tuna sandwich, natural cheetos, water, 100 cal. chips ahoy
Dinner- we went to dinner with some friends so I had... 1 strawberry marg., chicken enchiladas w/rice & beans, chips & salsa
