WOW over a hundred days of my journey, not doing as well as I'd hoped but that's ok. This week has been SUPER rough to be trying to eat healthy, and I lost my will power this week(but only for this week) so that didn't help. I worked 4 10 hour days, so now i'm off Fri, Sat, Sun. YAY! I will be back at it again either Sunday or Monday for sure!! And I will get back to posting more often too!

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill- Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 40min. Miles walked: 1.97 Calories burned: 397
Food for the day:
Breakfast- egg muffin, amaretto cheesecake WW yogurt, pineapple chunks, pecan coffee w/splenda & vanilla cm
Morning snack- banana, bottle of diet citrus green tea
Lunch- tuna sandwich, honey chipotle sweet potato chips, 100 cal. chips ahoy, bottle of water
Afternoon snack- 2 ferraro rocher, dublin dr. pepper(made with sugar cane, not artificial sweetners)
Dinner- Texas Roadhouse... 4oz. sirloin, baked potato, salad w/honey mustard dressing, 1/2 a glass sweet tea, and it was TOO sweet so I switched to water...and I had 2 rolls

Lunch- bbq(beef, sausage, bologna, cheese, a lil bbq sauce, a lil coleslaw & a lil potato salad), water
Dinner- chicken enchiladas, rice, beans, chips, salsa, 2 strawberry margs.
Went to dinner with some girlfriends for my friend Carri's 30th Bday! We had a blast!!!

Dinner- Healthy choice Chicken Marsala Steamer bowl, & water...& Jack and I split a single serving of 100 cal. kettle corn...it was yummy.
