Day 270

Ok so here it is, 4 weeks almost to the day that we will depart for our cruise! SOOOO Excited! I would really like to lose another 20lbs before then, but we will see! I've lost 7lbs in the last 2 weeks pretty much just from being sick. eh. it was a loss though! I'm going to try to keep it off and lose another 5lbs this week!

Exercise for the day:
Treadmill-
Speed: avg. 3.5 Time: 45min. Miles walked: 2.25 Calories burned: 378
Weight training for about an hour: Triceps, chest press, a lil legs

Food for the day:
Breakfast-
egg muffin(english muffin, light miracle whip, southwest egg beaters 1 serving), cup of coffee w/splenda, hazelnut biscotti coffeemate, WW lemon creampie yogurt

Morning snack- 2sm. bottles of water(equal to 1 bigbottle), 90 cal. strawberry SK bar

Lunch- tuna sandwich on honey wheat, 100cal. goldfish, bottle of water(big), 100 cal. barnums choc. animal cookies

Afternoon snack- can coke zero(only half the can), 2 sm. butterfingers

Dinner- chicken taco salad, water

Day 220

Well I realized the other day that HOLY SHIT, I have a lil over 3 months(79 days to be exact) before we leave on the cruise!! I have got to get my butt in gear, I still have 35-40lbs to lose. So i'm going to be VERY hard on myself and stick to it for sure this time! Shortly after the cruise I have to be in my brothers wedding. WOW this year has FLOWN by! The wedding is in 4 months, my dress comes in next month, that entails getting fitted, and i'm not at the weight I want to be at for the wedding so that kinda sucks, but we'll see what happens!! At least it's a lil longer away. Anyhoo...here goes........

Day 200

WOW...200 days and counting. Well we did it, we went to bed early (7:45ish), let our bodies calm down and dozed off to dreamland. Got up, worked out, now eating breakfast and getting ready for the day.

When we walked into the gym this mornin' I was thinking, UGH I don't really want to do this...still in my half groggy state....but once I warmed up, kicked it up a notch....IT WAS ON!!! I feel sooo much better than I usually do in the mornings. And I miss the cold showers after workin' out!

Day 172

WOW. 172 days and 20 lbs. I really thought I could do better than that, actually I KNOW I can do better than that. Just like all of my elem. school report cards said..."Sasha just needs to apply herself, and she'll go far"! HA! Yeah guess that still applies today! Well anyways, we got up and worked out today, so YAY! Hopefully we can keep it going this time. I have alot of weight to lose in a short short time, so we'll see what happens!

Treadmill- 1mi., 22 min.
Stationary Bike- 4mi., 17 min.
